Hotel staffs carried out their duties and solved trouble in due course.
facilities of parking level should be maintained and improved, lighting & cleanliness of foregoing environment especially.
good breakfast. cooperative manager helped arrange transfer to the quality hotel which is under same management for 4 nights
badly needs complete makeover. paint, carpet and new bathroom. spent 1 night and arranged transfer to its sister quality hotel for 4 nights. much much better and better location
Staff not helpful, very poor English room is filty, bathtub dirty and very worn, chairs and carpet are layered with dirt, aircon barely cold located right in the night market, very dirty area no decent restaurants around, mainly street eateries
Staff are friendly and helpful.
Poor environment, difficult to get a taxi.Cleanliness of lobby and elevators need improvement.
Can do walking to Jln Mesjid India, sogo and Pertama Complex is reachable in 15-20 mins...wholesale shops within the Chow Kit/Lorong Hj. Taip...a mosque is also near this hotel...
Its' Bilik solat is dark....burnt out bulb???
two super single bed, spacious for both of us and 2 kids!efficiency house keeping
room carpet not well clean,to improve
the bed was really comfortable and it was all quite clean and people were helpfull
it looked pretty shabby and the reception could not find my reservation by name, I had to go and print my confirmation (though the confirmation did not state that I had to print it beforehand) also you can not pay a different way than the card used when you make a reservation though upon arrival they stated that they were just verifying the card, not charging it. Minor things but quite inconvenient.
It is a calm place in the center of city
I did not like this hotel at all. Didn't stay for 3 nights, stayed 1 night ,it was horrible.Loads of bed bugs in the beds, bathrooms were very dirty, seepage every where. This is the worst hotel i ever stayed in my life.We completely spoiled our new year plans.
breakfast, comfort room
Near the market which make it crowded to go and park the car
Good city view
surrounding environment too bad and the car park without light at night.
room was not clean. extra bed was really in bad condition. there was shooting sound during the night.
hotel is totally different from photo. disappointed.
I think the location of the hotel is suitable for those who like to go for shopping especially along the Jalan TAR
The road to the hotel is too crowded with hawker stalls at the left and right along the way from the junction of Jalan Raja Muda Abdullah up to the hotel entrance. The machine at parking entrance was spoilted, press the button for the ticket but did not come out.
What I like about the hotel is its location since it is just a few meters away form the KL Monorail Station which makes our access to other places easier.
We are disappointed with the poor quality of service they give to their guests.
